Shipping Policy

• We deliver across Pakistan at a flat rate of Rs. 250.
• Orders begin processing within 24 hours.
• Delivery time is 3 to 5 working days (no delivery on Sundays). During peak season or high demand, this may take up to 7 working days.
• For COD orders above PKR 25,000, 25% advance payment is required before dispatch
• Orders received on Sundays or Pakistan's national holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• We confirm new customers' orders via call, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch.
• Refusing an order at delivery is not allowed — doing so may result in future orders being blocked.
